The law office of Frank Siler handles state, federal, and local legal matters in Kansas.

I am a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University of Kansas.  I hold degrees in Computer Science, Accounting, and Law, and I’ve spent more than a decade as an IT consultant.  I’m a fourth generation Kansan, though I was raised in the St. Louis area; I’m very happy to have moved to the Kaw Valley and plan to stay for the long run.

I studied under Michael Hoeflich at KU Law and developed techniques for legal analytics and visualization for large legal datasets.  I have also done similar work with patent datasets for British Telecom, and this background puts me in a unique position to explain the law and back up my thoughts with visualizations.

My office is based in Lawrence, Douglas County. I travel to Shawnee, Atchison, Leavenworth, Jefferson, Miami, Wyandotte, and other counties, so my practice covers Lawrence, Eudora, Baldwin City, Topeka, Kansas City Kansas, Wyandotte, Bonner Springs, Basehor, Tonganoxie, Leavenworth, and surrounding areas.
